If you have a rather recent version, you can write the following:

\version "2.19.25"

tir = \rightHandFinger \etc
apo = \tweak digit-names ##("P" "I" "M" "A" "X") \rightHandFinger \etc

{ c'\tir2 f' \apo4 }
If it's less recent, it's a few lines more.
