If you need these 'composite' dynamics more often, you should have a look at
the openlilylib snippet for easy custom dynamics
(https://github.com/openlilylib/openlilylib/tree/master/input-shorthands/eas
y-custom-dynamics).
It is used like this:
\dynamic "p ma ben marcato"
The p then is a 'dynamic p' and the rest an italic text.
