We're talking about changing from one system to the next, not about
having staves of different size in parallel.

Obviously it's possible to realize it by performing the change between a
\stopStaff and \startStaff, but with some remaining issues.

Indeed it seems Finale is the only "big" tool if you rely on that feature.
