probably:

\new ChordNames
  \chordmode {
    \set slashChordSeparator = ""
    \set chordNoteNamer =
    #(lambda (pitch lowercase?)
      (make-line-markup (list "(/" (note-name->markup pitch lowercase?) ")")))
    c/fis
    c/g
  }
