Hi List,
I haven't used Lily in about a year, and I'm confused about the way it handles the \partial command and measure numbers at the beginning of the score.
I have the following:

}
---------------------
As I used to understand it, that first bar, with nothing but a rest, would count as bar 1. But in my score, it's getting counted as "measure 0". Is that expected behavior?
