I'm trying to add text which needs to be aligned with certain notes in the accompaniment above a vocal staff which has a whole-bar rest, and can't work out a suitable easy way to do it. The attachment shows what's needed. I want to align the text with the second half of the bar.
The only way I've found is to add another \dynamic staff for these _expression_ marks. Is there a better way?
