Changing chordNoteNamer behaviour

Hello everybody!

I've been looking at the chords documentation: https://lilypond.org/doc/v2.25/Documentation/notation/customizing-chord-names

I came across this information: "The chordNoteNamer property can be set to a specialized function to change this behavior. For example, the bass note can be printed in lower case."

I'd like to change the default chord display to use lower-case bass notes so that e:/gs appears as E/g♯ (rather than E/G♯.)

I can't use \semiGermanChords because it doesn't use sharp symbols, meaning e:/gs would appear as E/gis, which is not what I'm looking for.

How would I go about changing the chordNoteNamer property to use lower-case base notes?

Best wishes,

Jakob
