mediastreamer2/test/mediastream listen for an incoming stream and send an
outgoing stream to a specified destination.
example:
./mediastreamer2/test/mediastream --local 8000 --remote
linphone.org:9000 --payload 99 --bitrate 128000
This will send a MPEG4 stream to linphone.org:9000, and display any video
stream coming to local port 8000.
