For TLS
apt-get source libexosip2
Edit libexosip2-3.6.0/debian/control to require ssl-dev inspite of conflicting 
with it.
dpkg-buildpackage and install with dpkg -i

For SRTP
apt-get install libsrtp0-dev

For ZRTP
Compile and use newer libzrtpcpp2


That's all about it.
