Exactly, our issue was related only with TLS, as described in the solution; the negotiation with UDP is fully correct, and the calls hadn't any problem...

Looks like your problem is quite different, after all... ;-(

After some more research I think my problem is network related.
The problem also occurs when using other clients and other registrars.

If anyone has any idea why the ACK's are not arriving, please tell me.
I can setup the call and I have 2-way audio, so I would expect
connectivity to be OK.
However, one side is not receiving the ACK and the call is dropped
after  +-30 s.

Any tips are welcome!
