I have a similar problem :

git clone git://git.linphone.org/belle-sip.git
Cloning into 'belle-sip'...
fatal: unable to connect to git.linphone.org:
git.linphone.org[0: 94.23.19.176]: errno=Connection timed out

Looks like that server is down (libupnp). Unfortunately the entire clone operation stops. Is there another method or location to get the source?
