Hey William,

You should be able to generate a tar.gz yourself by going to the runtime/C and doing this:
./autogen.sh
./configure
make dist

Most commits to this repository were recently to allow CMake compilation, the last "code" change dates from this SHA: e3cdc97f89dd4cfc0d6c68904578a21181f27a1d
It's from December 2013.

You should be able to generate a dist file from this. You might have to change the name of the package though, if port has an antlr3c package already (I know brew has).

(Even better would be a tarball to download - fixed version tarball resources, which may simply be mirrored with existing MacPorts infrastructure, are preferred!)
