Dear All,
I have some issues about video call process.
- Hardware: 2 Android development tablet ( version ICS 4.03), 2 Android phone (version ICS). I am sure that all cameras on devices are working well (front and back camera).
- Application: Linphone 2.3-2-g5ac6dab (I checked all video codecs)
I installed linphone source codes to 4 devices and tried to make a video call.
Case 1:Video call between 2 phones: working well.
Case 2: Video call between 2 tablets: not working / there is no video at all.
Case 3: Video call between 1 phone and 1 tablet. Tablet can receive video from phone, but not vice versa (there is no video on phone that is sent by tablet).

Is there anything I have to check on linphone codes (anything related to video)? Or there is something missing related to library? Thank you for any suggestions.
