Thank you for your interest in Linphone. Our Linphone apps currently do not support BLF. As far as we know, two RFCs would be involved to support BLF features at the app level : RFC 3265 (SUBSCRIBE/NOTIFY mechanisms) and RFC 4235 (dialog-info). We have already implemented RFC 3265 (SUBSCRIBE/NOTIFY part) in our Liblinphone library, but not dialog-info.
I would say that you have two possibilities here : - implement yourself at the app level the missing parts of RFC 4235 - hiring us to implement this RFC 4235
The price for the second option will depend on the complexity of the call scenarios that you need (displaying the BLF info only, VS having the possibility to pick up a call that was not addressed to me while it is still ringing).
If you are interested in a proposal for this development work, as we were already in contact by email to discuss our licensing model, you can send me a request for a proposal by replaying to our last exchange.
