Can you please tell if the WebRTC plugin from Cisco called OpenH264 video codec is required for making video calls from the Linphone desktop 4.1.1 for Windows application.

Can you please tell if it is necessary to enable the following router settings before using Linphone desktop for Windows.

 

1. SIP ALG
2. TCP-SYN Flood
3. UDP Flood and
4. ICMP flood
