I second that.
Besides wasting space, manual upgrades are a pain, and
configuration is not yet foolproof. For example, requesting autostart
from the UI creates a link that refers to a dynamically created
folder, not the AppImage file itself. This fails, unless corrected
manually. Also, autostart command should be:
linphone --iconified
with linphone pointing to the latest version of
AppImage. BTW --iconified is undocumented, except
for a forum comment that mentions it.
