Hello.
You could eventually look at the logs if you have the technical knowledge to understand them.
Otherwise, you should:
-check if your SIP account works with another SIP client (another app)
-if this is the case, please send us as answer the logs of the error with Linphone and we will try to investigate it
-if this is not the case, please check this issue with Call Centric.

Hi!
I have a problem with the phone. I set up my phone already before, It is working fine.
Now, I removed that setting and try to put other SIP, it is not working now. It's red and not online. Everything is set up just like how I set it up before.
What should I do?Hoping for your quick response.Thank you.
