I updated the account-manager running in production servers to clear all unconfirmed accounts.
You can then retry to create the accounts for which you didn't receive a confirmation email/SMS.
If the problem happen again :
Please reply to me in CC by specifying
-the email address used
-the time and date when you re-created the account
-the associated username
We will do our best to track down these issues.
I do not have the time currently to answer the ~100 unread emails
with technical questions but I will check them soon.
