As far as I know you can't import contacts as a CSV, but Linphone does support LDAP. When you specify a LDAP server in the app, the app will use the LDAP contacts remotely.
Currently, you can't forward a call before answering it in the app (this should eventually be done on the server side). However, you can forward a call after answering it in the app.
You can try Linphone and see if it meets your needs.
From what I understand you should be looking for a full VOIP

Hi, We are new in using of linphone. We will try to use it for support-phone-calls (answer and/or forward the call to another internal number) and at first of all import all contacts we have yet. Is it possible with using of a csv/excel etc. ? Thank you !
