Can you please add more information related with what you want to do ?

-Are you referring to multicast as in conference ?

-Which platform are you using (iOS, Android, Windows, MacOS, GNU/Linux) ?

-What do you mean by streaming (screen sharing, which framerate, sound...) ?

Currently you can create audio conferences in Linphone. We are developing video conference and this should be available early next year.
