Hello,

You would need to first ensure that you have a web server that serves either static copies or dynamic version of the XML configuration that Linphone expects.  A sample is available from https://www.linphone.org/remote_provisioning.xml.

Then, you would need to generate a QR code that points to that web server.  Generating a QR code can be done multiple ways, from website based QR code generators to options such as https://github.com/davidshimjs/qrcodejs (not an endorsement - YMMV).  Ultimately, it depends on your needs and needed featureset,
