[Linphone-developers] VOIP iPhone issues

Hello,

 

I’m hoping you can help with our iPhone issue.

We are trying to setup VIOP on our mobile phones. Android phones work fine.
2 different Apple phones are having multiple issues (both using the latest IOS 5.2.4 and Linphone SDK 5.3.89:

1. We will only get a call is the app is open on the screen, if we switch to another app it goes to voice mail. It is set to run in the background with notifications on.

2: incoming calls cannot be heard on the iPhone, the incoming caller can hear OK.

3: incoming calls will drop after 15 seconds.

4: Outgoing calls work fine.

 

The Server is voiceless.aa.net.uk over UDP.
Same issue on 4G, different WIFI’s and VPN’s.
This is the same issue on both different models of iPhone (IOS17 & 18).
