Hi,
Unfortunately I don't think the automake/libtool build system allows to make
complete static build.
But you can easily remove libosip ubuntu packages and build from source
libosip2-3.0.3 and libeXosip-3.0.3. Then everything should be ok for the
remaining dependencies.
