This behaviour was caused by the fact that the Android API returns us the 2 types of formats (local or internationalized), and we get the internationalized by default, which is convenient to call foreign numbers.

We added a setting in the .linphonerc to display number as entered in addressbook in Linphone-Android 4.6, which is



The default is set as true, and you should build the app yourself if you want to modify its value, since there is no toggle in the settings view yet.
