    Move an extra MEC warning from MST to product files
    
    This parallels commit 626dd09b805f of 20200416T2023Z: both move a single
    footnote in a similar way.
    
    The 'FnMecExtraWarning' footnote had been defined in lmi earlier.
    
    The plan is to move just this one, for practice, and then to move the
    rest of the 'Fn*' text en masse.
