Notice that there is unfortunately a serious bug affecting LMI in 2.8.8:
it's impossible to enter values from keyboard into wxSpinCtrls in this
version. This was already fixed in 2.8 branch svn so you should either
upgrade to current 2.8 svn or wait until we release 2.8.9.
