FYI. As an experiment, I compiled Lout 3.12 (as well as zlib) for
Win32 with lcc-win32. It compiles without a problem and works pretty
well. So if you want to build Lout on Win32 and don't have a
commercial compiler, lcc-win32 is a good option.
The only problem (from a quick testing) is that you can't generate PDF
on the stdout as lcc's ftell always returns -1 on stdout and so PDF
xref table will be bogus, so you have to always use `-o' with `-Z'.
