[Ltib] Build errors of base_libs of target on "Host Support Packages" under ISO image mpc8349mitx-20061019

hi all,
I got the ltib ISO image file(mpc8349mitx-20061019) from freescale.com and it worked well with target on "mpc8349e-mitx", when I changed target to "Host support packages" and check "Include C library", some build errors rose as follow:

and I found that these *.so files are linked to absolute path of host "/lib",

My Host System is FC4 and kernel 2.16.11, the Ltib ISO Image file is mpc8349mitx-20061019, how to resolve this problem and why ? how to build ltib successfully with ltib ISO image installation and target on "Host Support Packages"?
