Hi Jyotshna,
I'm not aware of kernel dependencies, you'd need to ask on the asterisk
developers. Asterisk does require zaptel, which is turned on in LTIB
when you select asterisk.
Which LTIB are you using, currently the asterisk in Savannah is
1.4.21.1 ?
