I answered this question on your bug entry you added.
The FDI3250 board is wired in such as way that it does not support card detect. Because of this, The AMBA driver is NOT in the board driver startup list. But if you leabe the card in the board all the time (no hot swap), you can make this work.
If you really need this functionality, you can add it manually, but return a status that the SD card is always plugged in. The card will be ‘detected’ at bootup, but if you remove it, it will never be detected or work again until you reboot. You can copy the phy3250 code and just change the GPIOs to GPIOs that return the state for card inserted and write protect disabled and add the amba driver to the amba device startup list.

I don’t think you need these options.
I’m not sure what the errors are about. I just did a test build and there were no errors – even with all the options selected below.

I could not manage to run linux with SD/MMC card. It does not probe the SD/MMC device (/dev/mmcblk0p1 or /dev/mmcblk0p2).
While i compile the kernel 2.6.34 with mmc options MMC_Debugging (*), MMC_block_device_driver(*), SDIO UART/GPS class support(*), ARM AMBA Multimedia Card Interface support(*), MMC/SD/SDIO over SPI(*) .
