Here is the LTIB output for the first package in my compilation attempt that it 
cannot pull down:

Can't get: fsl-mm-codeclib-1.9.4.tar.gz at ./ltib line 790.


f_buildrpms() returned an error, exiting
traceback:
 main:560


There was another one last week (qt-everywhere-opensource-src-4.6.0) which 
kicked off my compilation issues however I was able to find that on an 
alternative website and place in the rpm/SOURCES directory.

I am using the latest iMX51 LTIB BSP.

Every package I tried to compile on LTIB gave me a 404 error when trying to 
pull the package.  I will be at the office tomorrow and can test again.  I will 
let you know my results and if it is still happening what packages are causing 
me to receive the 404 error.

What makes you think it's empty?
Everything is there, for example:
http://bitshrine.org/gpp/busybox-1.11.2.tar.bz2

You cannot get a index listing, that's true.  There was and an
announcement and explanation of this on the mailing list some time ago.
