    ip6: Add ipv6 fragmentation test
    Seems to work the same as ipv4, and that I was just confused by all the
    loops when reading the code.

    ip4: Verify ipv4 fragmentation sends all chunks right away
    Ahead of investigation how ipv6 code behaves.
