Details:

missing include for limits.h / INT_MAX
on Ubuntu 10.04.3 gcc version 4.4.3 (Ubuntu 4.4.3-4ubuntu5) fails on

lwip/src/api/api_msg.c: In function ‘netconn_alloc’:
lwip/src/api/api_msg.c:636: error: ‘INT_MAX’ undeclared (first use in this
function)
