Details:

Fix errors like

../../../../lwip/test/unit/etharp/test_etharp.o: In function
`create_arp_response':
test_etharp.c:(.text+0x388): undefined reference to `ethernet_input'
../../../../lwip/test/unit/tcp/tcp_helper.o: In function `test_tcp_input':

and

../../../../lwip/src/core/tcp_in.o: In function `tcp_input':
tcp_in.c:(.text+0x58): undefined reference to `ip_data'

by adding new source files to the unit test makefile.

Apply to lwip-contrib.
