Follow-up Comment #8, task #14128 (project lwip): Seems like Linux does not bound the CWND increase for a single ACK, this seems wrong. RFC 5681 "RECOMMEND"s: cwnd += min(N, SMSS) where N is the number of previously unacknowledged bytes acknowledged in the incoming ACK.
