Update of task #14807 (project lwip):

                 Summary: tcp input: try to not write to the rx pbuf => tcp
input/ip4 reasssembly: try to not write to the rx pbuf

Follow-up Comment #1:

Updated summary: IPv4 reassembly writes into the rx buffer, too.

Since supporting readonly RX is possibly slower and uses more memory, this
should probably be an option...
