Using the hightec tricore v9.0.0 compiler (llvm-based, clang compiler)
https://hightec-rt.com/products/development-platform

I get the following error:
...../lwip/src/include\lwip/arch.h:202:13: error: typedef redefinition with
different types ('int' vs '_ssize_t' (aka 'long'))
  202 | typedef int ssize_t;
      |             ^
......\toolchains\tricore\v9.0.0\tricore\include\stdio.h:226:18: note:
previous definition is here
  226 | typedef _ssize_t ssize_t;

I checked it, the compiler lib has no definition of SSIZE_MAX, but as you can
see from the error message, ssize_t is defined in stdio.h.
