Hello all,

the DHCP client is growing mature. It currently should do the basics of
obtaining and maintaining a lease.

It needs some timer support from your kernel or standalone application
to implement the lease timers.

Maybe these can be merged with lwIP timers some day, but as DHCP
leases can exist very long, 32-bit timers are needed.

Multiple interface support should work now, although I could not test it.

TODO:
Support for interfaces other than Ethernet.
ARP sanity check before binding to a given address.
