Hello,

I've now released
-my cs8900a driver (this time including the interrupt handler :),
-my ARP cache implementation
-my DHCP client implementation

all from my own IP stack.

I'm still in the early process of porting these to lwIP, but I'm releasing
these
so that everyone can use the code if they wish to, now.
