[lwip-users] [lwip] Need some info on Win32 port

Hi,
I am relatively new to this mailing list and would like to get 
some info on win32 port of lwIP done by Florian.
I am looking at this port as base to build a tcp/ip stack for 
WinCE.
My questions:
1) does this port only support raw-interface API? As I don't see 
any implementation for message passing mechanism as applicable for 
sequential API.
2) does the contents in .pdf meant for older version of lwip still 
holds true for this port?
3) if raw-interface is used, how does synchronization takes place 
when more that two apps need to talk to the network interface?
Any inputs will be of great help..
