The advantage of the Microchip stack is the tiny footprint, much like the
uIP stack.
However I had the impression this SNMP agent has some flaws.
The BER/ASN1 codec has some serious limitations, not supporting some common
encodings.
This may limit the compatibility with management or proxy software.
(The NET-SNMP tools springs to mind)
