Hi
Thanks Oleg for pointing out my error. I have corrected it, but the 
abort with ping -l 1600 remains. The error with the UDP-block is
also the same with any port I send to.

Frédéric:
Could you tell me the relevant values for receiving large datagrams
that you use?
I have no means to trace the program. I have to put in my own special
logging functions to do that. Try that tomorrow.
