Text removal is no problem... It's on a separate layer in the master

I had to resize it to 155x155 (155x115 with aspect ratio preserved), so,
unfortunately, it's pretty hard to read the link text.  We should
probably get one without the text on it, but it definitely looks better
than the default :)
