Great, thanks.  This shows that the FIN flag is getting lost somewhere
after the packet is enqueued, but I've looked at the code and can't see
an obvious problem.  I'll need to look in more depth, and set up a
system to debug, but don't have time to do that right now.

This will have to be fixed before 1.3.1.
