[lwip-users] Examples with FreeRTOS

I was going to add this to the "start point" thread, then thought better
of it.

I wanted to make people aware of the new (ish) FreeRTOS Interactive
section of the FreeRTOS web site.  This is intended to allow people to
post their FreeRTOS related ports, drivers and other code - and I would
like to encourage people to post any FreeRTOS/lwIP examples they may have.

http://interactive.freertos.org/forums - if you look at the bottom of
the list there is a generic forum called "Any other files - Any other
manufacturers - Any other business", but I would be happy to add an lwIP
specific forum if there was interest.
