Please don't post your question multiple times: if you don't get an
answer straight-away then chances are people are busy or they just don't
know.
In this case the simple answer is that SIP on lwIP is possible, but
there aren't any such examples included with lwIP. lwIP doesn't really
care what protocols or data you try to send over it: it's all just a
stream of ones and zeros as far as lwIP is concerned.
I think your question is perhaps really about how to implement SIP
itself, which is probably better asked on a SIP-specific list rather
than this lwIP-specific one.
