The version is the master head from about a week ago.
I am using pppos
I am not using NAT
How do I check if routing is on or off?

Which lwIP version are you using ?
Which PPP link protocol are you using ? PPPoS ? PPPoE ? PPPoL2TP ?
Are you trying to do SNAT ? lwIP doesn't support NAT at all.
Is LwIP IP routing enabled ?
Note that IP routing between Ethernet and PPPoS was recently fixed in git
master head.
