Yes.  First question: What Lynx?  This is a _very_ critical point,
since besides the formally released Lynx 2.6, there are several development
sets of patches available, at least one of which has begun being considered
as the precursor for the formal Lynx 2.7 release.

Folk, someone was wondering about Lynx 3.0 - I think that with all the new
features available to go into Lynx 2.7, and internationalization - if
it can be incorporated - we might have the basis for Lynx 3.0.

I wonder if there are other GNU technologies that would benefit Lynx
by incorporation?
