Hi, I have problem in downloading a file from WWW server. I cannot use the
'D' option since the file is created automatically by 'clicking' an INPUT
field, ie it has to be reloaded after a certain time.
The transaction header (from -trace) is as follow:
Server: Apache/1.2-dev
Connection: close
Content-Type: application/postscript
Content-Encoding: x-gzip
Last-Modified: Tue, 14 Jan 1997 08:59:23 GMT
ETag: "2666-88e1-32db4aeb"
Content-Length: 35041
Accept-Ranges: bytes
after some trivial headers the message goes on like this:
Treating as 'www/compressed'. Converting to 'www/present'
HTFormat: Constructing stream stack for www/compressed to www/present
StreamStack: found weak wildcard match: www/present
StreamStack: found exact match: www/compressed
Read 437 of 35041 bytes of data.
Read 1897 of 35041 bytes of data.
Read 4817 of 35041 bytes of data.
etc...
The file is saved temporarily as /tmp/xxxxxTMP.ps.gz and
Lynx, trying to uncompress it but fail, gives the error message:
"Alert!: Error uncompressing temporary file!"
Can anyone tell me how to force Lynx to save that file to disk?
I use Lynx-2.6.
Thanks,
Jusak
