        InfoSeek is returning links of the form:
        
        http://lynx.cc.ukans.edu/lynx-dev/yymm/dd##.html

and if you activate any of those links, they all return a 404 error
status.  It clearly hasn't tried to walk http://lynx.cc.ukans.edu/lynx-dev/
since 1996-12-13, when that directory came to contained only lynx-dev.tar.gz
for transfer to and breakout in http://www.flora.org/lynx-dev/lynx-dev/

        Note also that when people try to register (both):
        
        http://www.flora.org/lynx-dev/lynx-dev/
        http://www.flora.org/lynx-dev/html/
        
the terminal slashes should be included.
